As with any referral it is a lead and as a cautious management-minded person I interviewed Lenny and his wife, Teodora, who are partner agents. They came prepared with their professional analysis of my mother's 60+ year home. The real estate banter was intellectually interesting and their comprehensive analysis was reasonable on sold properties. They are impressive agents and made statements of duties, objective and goals. Lenny has a financial background and stated to expect his self-imposed tedious spreadsheet as evidence of accountability. Teodora was pleasant and mirrored the same dedication and enthusiasm. Their team-oriented cohesiveness to intertwine their thoughts without conflicting statements and confusion was admirable. After over an hour, I decided to list with LaRocca Real Estate.

    As promised, LaRocca had open houses the next two weekends and received multiple offers below and above list. Lenny prepared spreadsheets with detailed information that were unbelievable. Having bought and sold 6 properties in the last 20 years, no agent has every provided such a detailed analysis of each offer. Furthermore, Lenny and Teodora's recommendations and posturing to listen to my forward-looking perspective was delightful. Not every offer is a good offer and the confidential discussions with them for your "best interest" is worth having them represent you. No real estate agent has every provided me that background discussion. Lenny and Teodora are about relationships and fulfilling promises. You will not be disappointed!

    It is not as easy to sell a 60-year-old house as it is a reasonably newer house. We fell out of escrow and had to initiate "Permit" renovations to meet frustrating city mandates. The delays prompted LaRocca to buffer the process to keep interested buyers, have another open house and generate new offers to keep the interest high for the property. Lenny and Teodora helped me out tremendously to traverse the process to finish renovations while in escrow and close with only a short extension. We sold over list!
